At the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park, the Espinouse massif, along with the Caroux, forms the southernmost foothills of the Massif Central. This hike, starting from the Saint-Julien priory, takes you along steep paths to the wildest part of the massif, in the footsteps of mouflons.
