At the end of 2004, I decided to live my passion " the vine and the wine " while having another professional activity associated so that the immediate profitability does not disturb the installation of the project. Beforehand, my conversion into a winegrower was prepared by studies in oenology (oenologist D.E) completing my previous skills in agronomy.
Thus, originally from the Tarn, we chose Azillanet, a small village with character, for the installation of Mas Paumarhel. Thus, originally from the Tarn, we chose Azillanet, a small village with character, for the installation of Mas Paumarhel. Located in Languedoc, in the heart of Minervois, Azillanet seduced us by the diversity of its landscapes and soils: the terroir of Livinière and that of Mourels. Finally, after two years of work in the vineyard, 2007 saw the creation of our private cellar and the birth of our first wines.
