Located in the Languedoc between Béziers and Bédarieux in the region of Faugères, Caveau des Schistes, with its modern architecture and window area reminding visitors of the schist terroir, is a wine outlet where you can find out about and taste its entire range of red, rosé and white Faugères AOC.
Resulting from rigorous selection of grape varieties and either traditional vinification or carbonic maceration, every one of our Faugères AOC wines are structured and supple with mineral notes and aromas of red fruits, liquorice and spices.
"Les Crus Faugères" cellars control 60% of the appellation, making all the wines found at Caveau des Schistes.
