GAEC LA FERME DU MAS ROLLAND

Farm produce ,  Goat's cheese in Montesquieu
  • Mas Rolland’s farm is found amongst the foothills of the Cévennes in the 'garrigue' (the typical scented shrubland of the Mediterranean), and not far from the Faugères vineyards. The 80 chamoises alpine goats are put out to pasture daily, ensuring a high quality, balanced and delicious milk. The milk is allowed to curdle after each milking and is then hand-moulded with a ladle. Eric and Laurence will be happy to show you the goats, let you watch the milking and taste their multi-award...
