We have been growing peaches in Thézan lès Béziers for many years. In order to preserve the environment (no more chemicals) and to produce fruit and vegetables in accordance with the seasons, respecting nature and the good taste of yesteryear, we decided to switch to organic farming in 1998. Since then we have diversified and cultivate 5 hectares of fruit (peaches, nectarines, apricots and figs) and 2 hectares of vegetables (tomatoes, lettuce, courgettes, aubergines, chard...) accompanied by...

Since then we have diversified and cultivate 5 hectares of fruit (peaches, nectarines, apricots and figs) and 2 hectares of vegetables (tomatoes, lettuce, courgettes, aubergines, chard...) accompanied by a 400m² greenhouse. In December 2015, our daughter Johanna decides to join the family farm. In 2016, we create the "GAEC des Saveurs Bio" with plans to enlarge the farm in order to have a greater diversification.
