Between vine and spirituality, capitelles and dry stone walls, come and meet a land of character and excellence!
The Saint-Chinian AOC (AOP) is the fourth largest appellation in the Languedoc in terms of volume, with a hundred private cellars and eight cooperative cellars. AOC since 1982 for its red and rosé wines, 2004 for its white wines.
Saint-Chinian also has two communal appellations: Saint-Chinian, Berlou and Saint-Chinian Roquebrun.
The winegrowers of the IGP Coteaux d'Ensérune, with the cellar of Maraussan inaugurated more than 100 years ago, have always been committed to the protection of their territory through sustainable management. Thus, some of the vineyards and wineries are certified High Environmental Value (HVE).
