The Domaine Pech de Saint-Paul, heir to three generations of winegrowers, produces AOC and Vin de Pays wines on 20 hectares of vines. Located between plains and garrigues, it represents a great diversity of soils and grape varieties allowing it to elaborate a wide range of vintages. The cellar of the Domain, leaning against the "circulade" of the castle of Puisserguier, is located on the road connecting the hinterland and the beaches. The Domaine Pech de Saint-Paul, heir to three generations of winegrowers, produces AOC and Vin de Pays wines on 20 hectares of vines. Located between plains and garrigues, it represents a great diversity of soils and grape varieties allowing it to elaborate a wide range of vintages. The cellar of the Domain, leaning against the "circulade" of the castle of Puisserguier, is located on the road connecting the hinterland and the beaches. The original facade represents one of its vineyards and a Roman door. The latter refers to the Domitian Way passing not far from here.
The estate also produces olive oil, which is sold in the cellar all year round.
