The vineyard area extends 32 hectares of which 21 are classified AOC. The soil structure is very diversified, you will find a alternation of rolled pebbles, sandstone and limestone. On these stony soils where water is lacking there, we had to first crush the rock before planting the vine. The climat is Mediterranean, very dry but it takes advantage of the exceptional sunshine. At the early stages the exploitation consisted 12 hectares of vines. In 1960, André Rochet, the great grand father, wine grower, acquired it in addition to his existing vineyards, of the Domaine du Bosc, which represented 9 hectares of vines, 20 hectares of land and heathland. Subsequently, the improvement of the grape variety was achieved thanks to the plantations made by my father.
