DOMAINE DES TROUBADOURS

Paula and Alain Maynadier, restaurant owners and winemakers, are welcoming you at their Domaine des Troubadours. In the heart of the 'Pays Cathare', windswept, the vineyards of Maynadier are blooming in this place full of mystery and authenticity, a magnificent terroir. In a 'garrigue' landscape, rosemary and thyme exhale their scent under the heat of the sun. The vines are leaning against the limestone plateaus in a exceptional terroir, between the canyons of the Cesse and the Brian. These noble and distinguished wines are coming from the dry and stony hills of Minerve. The typical variety of Mediterranean wines such as Carignan, the Grenache, the Mourvèdre and the Syrah are giving to the Minervois wines an aromatic complexity mingled with the scents of red fruit and spices. In the cellar or in a restaurant, you will taste our wines and discover the fruit of our profession and the various works done at the vineyard.
