Created in 2001, the estate is made up of vines located in Saint-Chinian, Assignan and Villespassans on clay-limestone soils and vines on schistous soil in Babeau-Bouldoux. Some plots of carignan are more than a century old. The wines (red - white & rosé) are aged in a stone cellar at the foot of the Monts de la Grage.
