DOMAINE BARDI D'ALQUIER

Located in the heart of the Faugères appellation area in the Languedoc, Domaine Bardi d?Alquier ? formerly Jean-Michel Alquier ? is the very image of a tradition based on the love of this land and the constant desire to sublimate its fruits through rigorous and creative work, which knows how to innovate while respecting the soil.

At an altitude of 340 meters on slopes of schist and clay, in a beautiful and wild countryside, our small vineyard of 12 hectares, located in Faugères, is essentially made up of syrahs resulting from massal selections, but also of old black grenaches, mourvèdres, carignans, as well as white grenaches, marsannes and roussannes. Our wines combine finesse, balance and aromatic complexity and are one of the expressions of the appellation.
