CLOS CENTEILLES

The Domaine of Centeilles, perfectly located in the heart of the Minervois-La Livinière, first classified cru of the Languedoc, extends at the foothill of the Black Mountains, facing the Pyrenees.
In a nutshell : 12 hectares around the family estate, 23 planted grape varieties, 13 vintages, artisanal production and manual work!

In front of the little chapel Notre Dame de Centeilles from the XIIIth century, since 20 years Patricia Boyer Domergue attempted to preserve the qualities appropiate to this land, rich in history and vini-viticultural qualities. The old Carignan, now centuries old, are cherished and old forgotten varieties of the Languedoc such as l'Araignan, the Riveirenc and the Œillade recently regained their original land next to their traditional elders such as Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache or the Picquepoul.

The Clos the Centeilles is in itself a preservation of heritage (historical, genetic, gustatory) and a creator of the flavours of tomorrow!
