Attention circuit reserved for the "strong". Important height differences, long distance and technical descents.
A short warm-up at the start, then two long and difficult climbs to tackle without restraint first the Fréjo descent entirely in undergrowth and monotrace with pronounced "pins", then the long descent of the antennas (about 2.5 km of a single mineral monotrace that winds between the holm oaks).
