  • Jérôme RATEAU is a Bordeaux qualified ?nologist. He opens the doors of his Domaine Haut Lignières for a free tasting of all his Faugères wines in the company of his cellar master, who will be happy to tell you the secrets of their making. The wines of the castle are partly matured in barrels in their cellar installed in a former post office of the 19th century.
