More than 15 springs are spread along the geological fault that crosses the valley. These are bicarbonate type waters, containing both calcium and sodium, as well as iron, they are rich in magnesium and potassium and lock in carbon dioxide. Some of the springs are used as thermal spa pools, while others flow freely. The Usclade spring water fountain is located in the spa (hot water with a high mineral content, mainly used for hepato-digestive disorders).
